A solo founder can't hire five engineers. Aether Foundry gives you a swarm of open-source coding agents that claim subtasks off a shared mission board and dispatch real GitHub pull requests to your repos — results streaming back to a live mission log.
The unlock is the hardware. On an AMD Instinct MI300X, 192 GB of HBM3 keeps the entire company context plus every agent instance resident on a single card — no sharding, no re-transmitting the codebase between agents. The agents share memory instead of re-paying for it. That's what makes a one-person AI team actually possible.
